Community Breathlessness Rehab Assistant – Travel

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is recruiting a Band 3 Breathlessness Rehabilitation Assistant to join the Community Breathlessness Rehabilitation team. The role is permanent and involves travel across Leicestershire to deliver rehabilitation in multiple locations for patients with chronic respiratory and cardiac conditions.

The successful candidate will work in a multidisciplinary team, supported by the Rehabilitation Team Lead and clinical specialists.
