Numeris is seeking a hands-on Head of Ecommerce to own the customer journey from site to delivery. You will lead the website, app, loyalty and fulfilment, partnering with the Head of Trading to attract and retain customers.

As a leader, you will drive improvement in CX, conversion and on-brand experiences across multiple channels. You will manage the Shopify stack, app performance and a team, ensuring fast, secure experiences and data-driven decisions.
