Estates & Land Rights Lead – Utilities

Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water is seeking an Estates professional to lead land rights negotiations and manage capital project land requirements. You will coordinate access, negotiations, and Statutory Notices while building strong relationships with landowners and internal teams.

The role involves working across West Wales with occasional travel, supporting the Estates Team with professional land management and valuations guidance, while aligning with Welsh Water’s standards and customer-focused service.
