Director of Town Planning

Overview

In this Town Planning Director role, you will lead an established planning team within an Cardiff-based consultancy, driving growth and strengthening client relationships. You will bring an existing network to expand the business and provide strategic planning advice across development projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise the firm’s profile across Cardiff and Wales and take ownership of a growing planning practice. This is a senior, commercially oriented leadership position with meaningful impact on the business trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing an established planning team

Key requirements

• Chartered Planner (MRTPI)
