Key Responsibilities:
- Fee Earner/Workload Organisation- including deadline and reminder management
- Preparing correspondence (including standard letters)
- Typing audio and copy
- Client billing/e-billing
- Liaising with clients and attorneys
- Preparing, editing and finalising documents
- Watch notices
Person Specification:
- Experience as a trademark legal secretary / trademark assistant
- Knowledge of Inprotech is an asset
