Hospital Adult Social Worker (Hybrid Role)

Tripod Partners is seeking an Adult Social Worker to join the Hospital Team in Bideford, Devon, delivering high-quality, person-centred social work to adults, supporting independence and wellbeing.

The role involves complex assessments, safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act, Court of Protection work as required, and collaboration with health and social care colleagues.

Hybrid working with minimum 3 days in the office per week; pay is between £31-£35 per hour.
