Lead Support Worker – Autism Care Home (Ages 7-18)

Bright Futures in Widnes is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead the on-shift team and uphold the highest standards of care for five children aged 7-18 with autism and learning disabilities. You will build strong relationships with the team and the people we support, guiding them to achieve goals and milestones in their daily lives.

We value a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, senior care experience, and a proactive, person-centred approach.
