Job Description:
Aberdeen City Council’s Employability Service, ABZWorks, is seeking an employability professional to support residents in moving into work, training, volunteering, or education. The role is hybrid, with at least three days in-person, and is fixed term to 31 March 2026 with a potential extension subject to funding.
The post holder will work 1:2:1 or small groups, build partnerships, and help residents progress through person-centred activities.
