Senior Social Worker – Family Help (Permanent, Growth)

Senior Social Worker – Family Help Sandwell is a permanent role within Sandwell Children’s Trust. You will hold a caseload of complex Family Help cases, provide mentorship to peers and ensure child-centred assessments and plans are delivered within statutory timescales.

The role involves partnership work with families and multi-agency professionals, attending strategy meetings and safeguarding conferences to reduce risk and drive lasting change.
