Hybrid Project Manager — End-of-Life Transformation

Life Services Group in Maidenhead is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to drive Falconer transformation from plan to reality. The Fixed-Term Contract spans 24 months, hybrid work 3 days a week, reporting to the Transformation Director, turning milestones into actions and ensuring change lands with frontline teams.
