Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking to join a well-established and growing precision engineering business? We are recruiting on behalf of a successful manufacturer in the Deeside area that is investing in both its people and technology.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist with experience setting and operating CNC milling machines within a precision engineering environment.

The Role

• Setting, operating and adjusting CNC milling machines
• Carrying out quality inspections using standard measuring equipment
• Ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved
• Working closely with colleagues across the machine shop to support efficient production

About You

• Previous experience as a CNC Miller is essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Programming experience would be a distinct advantage but not essential (this could incur a higher pay rate for the right candidate)
• Familiarity with Siemens and/or Haas controls is highly desirable
• Positive, reliable and team-focused approach
