Warehouse Team Lead – Rotational Shifts, Temp to Perm

ACS-Recruitment is hiring a Warehouse Team Leader for a busy Northampton operation. You will lead a small team of warehouse operatives and oversee day‑to‑day warehouse activities, ensuring accurate and timely order processing.

The role requires at least 2 years in a fast‑paced warehouse with supervisory experience, experience with a WMS and PDA/scanner devices, and a counterbalance forklift license. Shifts rotate 07:00–22:00, 5 days out of 6, with start ASAP.
