Prestige Car Sales Manager – Bentley & Lamborghini

Sytner Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Bentley and Lamborghini Birmingham. You will lead a diverse team across new and used car sales, F&I exposure, marketing and customer relations, with a focus on profitability and superior service.

The role requires proven automotive sales leadership, ability to drive targets, and experience negotiating with HNWI clients. Requires Saturday work on a rota and a strong track record of results within a premium automotive environment.
