Evening Presentations Designer

Overview

In this role you will craft high-quality PowerPoint presentations and graphics for a prestigious investment bank, supporting overseas offices. You work within a small, in-house Desktop Publishing and Design team on an evening shift, mostly remotely with occasional office evenings. You’ll ensure templates and corporate guidelines are followed while delivering polished outputs under tight deadlines. You’ll collaborate across time zones to hand over work between shifts and contribute to a trusted, high-standard presentation service.

Responsibilities

• Create and format eye-catching presentations following firm templates and guidelines
• Produce graphics and presentations to high standards on tight deadlines
• Maintain accuracy and quality across all outputs
• Coordinate with overseas team to update progress and ensure smooth handovers between shifts

Key requirements

• 5 years’ experience as a Presentations Designer or similar
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, Microsoft Office 2010 or later
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure
• Highly confidential handling of information
• Ability to multitask and be flexible with workload
