  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, leases and title reports.
  • Supporting property transactions, title investigations and housing‑related matters.
  • Conducting legal research and providing updates on legislative and regulatory changes.
  • Working with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to deliver practical legal support.
  • Maintaining legal records, documents and contract databases.
  • Supporting governance, compliance activities, legal enquiries and business projects.

About you

  • a Law Degree (LLB) or Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL).
  • Experience working within a legal environment, ideally in a paralegal or legal support role.
  • Experience or exposure to property law, real estate transactions, conveyancing or housing‑related legal matters.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong legal research, written communication and drafting skills.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • A proactive mindset, sound judgement and the confidence to use your initiative.

A role‑related assessment and behavioural and scenario‑based interview focused on how you apply your knowledge to real‑life situations. You’ll be asked to complete a Customer Service Questionnaire in advance.
