Service Charge Accounts Lead — Hybrid Role

Encore is seeking a Service Charge Accounts Coordinator to lead a team and deliver accurate service charge accounts across estates. This role combines technical accounting with people leadership and cross-team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification or be qualified by experience, plus experience preparing year-end accounts. Hybrid work across Manchester and other offices is available.
