Health & Safety Leader, UK BU – Travel‑Heavy

Sisk is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead H&S across our Business Units in the UK. You will implement the H&S management system, support the MD and leadership team, and travel to multiple offices and sites three days per week. The role includes incident investigation, audits, and developing H&S training and culture across projects.

You will oversee health check processes, support work winning, and liaise with external bodies while coaching a team of H&S professionals.
