In this senior role, you shape enterprise AI and data strategies for leading financial institutions. You will partner with C-suite stakeholders to define AI ambitions, connect data capabilities to competitive advantage, and influence executive decisions. You’ll drive AI-enabled operating models and cross-functional alignment, turning strategy into actionable plans. Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on emerging technologies and advise on strategic adoption
• Lead the definition of data and AI strategies and identify high-impact use cases
• Transform operating models to be more adaptive and insight-led
• Lead executive workshops and alignment sessions to secure buy-in
• Develop strategic narratives and business cases for investment
• Create compelling strategy narratives to drive investment and executive alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ground recommendations
• Contribute to Capco’s AI propositions and support business development
• Mentor colleagues and embed strategic thinking across the team
• Develop strategy methodologies and accelerators to enhance delivery capability

Key requirements

• 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation, ideally FS exposure
• Strong understanding of data and AI domains, including GenAI, ethics and operating model design
• Ability to craft compelling PowerPoint narratives and influence senior audiences
• Experience in workshop design, facilitation, and executive-level alignment
• Comfort working in ambiguity with a collaborative, outcomes-driven approach
