Head of People Development & Emerging Talent

Veolia is seeking a Head of People Development (Operations) to drive strategic training and talent initiatives across the UK. You will lead multiple teams to design, deliver and evaluate a diverse range of development programmes aligned to Veolia’s Green up strategy.

You will upskill and reskill staff to meet a highly skilled workforce and report to the People Development Director, coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining governance across UK&I learning initiatives.
