TSA Surveying is working with a consultancy that is looking to engage experienced Disrepair Surveyors on a part-time basis to support additional disrepair work.

This is a flexible opportunity, ideal for surveyors looking to supplement their current workload with 1-2 days per week.

Areas Covered:

• Devon
• Dorset
• Isle of Wight
• Surrounding South West locations

Role Responsibilities:

• Carrying out disrepair inspections on residential properties
• Assessing building defects and housing disrepair issues
• Producing clear and accurate survey reports
• Liaising with housing providers where required

Requirements:

• Experience undertaking disrepair surveys
• Strong knowledge of residential building pathology
• Ability to produce detailed written reports
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
