Senior Pensions Administrator – Hybrid, DB/DC Expert

WTW in Redhill is seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator to join our Outsourcing line on a hybrid basis. You will handle advanced pensions calculations across DB and/or DC schemes, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to process improvements within a busy team.

The role emphasises accuracy, knowledge of pensions legislation, and the ability to manage high volumes while delivering high-quality client service. Experience in a hybrid/multi-site team is advantageous.
