Senior Prescribing Clinician – Urgent Care & Care Coordination

HealthHero Integrated Care Clinical Services is seeking an independent Prescribing Clinician to support Care Coordination and Integrated Urgent Care across Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire on a permanent basis. Flexible rota allows part-time or full-time working arrangements.
