Responsibilities

• Structure and close complex financing transactions for banks, insurers, debt funds and corporates
• Lead large-scale corporate lending and real estate finance projects
• Coordinate cross-border financing matters and multi-jurisdiction deals
• Help build and expand the banking & finance practice in the City office
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior lawyers and supporting staff

Key requirements

• 10+ PQE in Banking & Finance
