Maternity Cultural Safety Lead for Equity & Inclusion

Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Cultural Safety Lead for its maternity services. The role focuses on reducing health inequalities for Black, Asian and minority ethnic women, and those with additional language needs, through engagement with staff, service users and community groups.

You will lead link workers and interpreting services, work with senior leaders to embed cultural safety, and drive training and accountability across the service.
