Financial Controller: Growth Partner (Hybrid, Reading)

Harper May partners with a well-established UK health and nutrition business based in Reading, seeking a Financial Controller to own the numbers end-to-end from month-end to strategic planning. You will bring in-house control of the finance function in a lean, hands-on team with hybrid working from Reading.

You will report to the CEO and founder, shape reporting and controls as the business scales, support commercial decisions, budgeting, forecasting and potential acquisitions.
