Nurseline Community Services, part of the Catalyst Care Group, is seeking a Complex Physical Health Support Worker to deliver person-centred care in people’s homes, supporting those with neurological conditions, physical disabilities and long-term health needs.
You will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses to help clients live safely, independently and with dignity, with on-going guidance, training and a supportive MDT. Flexible shifts and development opportunities are available.
