Behavioural Change Coach for Early-Stage Agile Teams

Sanderson is seeking several Behavioural Transformation Coaches to support early-stage transformation in London. Roles are 2-3 days on site, with a daily rate of £550–£600 inside IR35, for an initial 3 months with strong scope to extend.

The work sits at the intersection of behavioural coaching, organisational change and early-stage delivery maturity, coaching senior stakeholders and teams to adopt new mindsets, ways of working and lightweight delivery practices.
