Compassionate Support Worker — Growth & Training

Elysiu m Healthcare Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Bradfield House in Worthing. You will join an inclusive team to provide care for people with learning disabilities or autism with complex needs, including epilepsy and ADHD, in a community-based living setting.

The role requires a caring attitude, resilience, and vigilance to support residents across a 7am–10pm, 35-hour week with every other weekend shifts.
