The ROLE
The Operations Manager is responsible for the day:to:day operation of the manufacturing business. This is an all encompassing genuine Operations Manager position : As such you will have Key Responsibilities for;

- Facilities and Maintenance
- Health, Safety and Compliance

The CANDIDATE
- Proven experience in an Operations Manager/Production Manager/Manufacturing Manager position
- Automotive background
- Strong knowledge of production planning and supply chain processes.
- Experience managing multiple departments and supervisors.
- NEBOSH qualification.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
