Evening Community Nurse – Out-of-Hours Care Hero

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a passionate Community Staff Nurse to join our out-of-hours team in Leeds. You will develop a personal developmental plan, receive clinical supervision, and progress in clinical, leadership and preceptorship skills.

The role requires registered nursing, strong assessment and care coordination abilities, and will involve community-based patient care. Hours are 17:00–22:00, 7 days a week (including bank holidays); minimum 10 hours up to 27.5 hours
