Role: Bid Manager

Hours: Full time Monday to Friday

The Role:
Bid Manager with a construction background and a proven track record of winning high-value contracts.
You will take ownership of the tendering function and support the continued growth of the business. You will be securing new projects, working closely with senior management and the commercial and operational teams to deliver high-quality, competitive tender submissions.
Open to full-time, part-time, remote or hybrid arrangements, including experienced consultants or academics with relevant expertise.
The Requirements:
- End-to-end tender management
- Strong bid writing skills and experience with NI public-sector construction tenders
- Commercial awareness and ability to coordinate input from internal teams
- Ability to work independently and improve tendering processes
