Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operative to join our friendly and supportive team.This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.What you’ll be doing:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently to move and transport a range of furniture products.
- Loading and unloading deliveries while ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Completing regular forklift and equipment checks and reporting any faults or maintenance concerns promptly.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-organised warehouse environment.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties and supporting the wider team as needed.
Duration: This role is full time and comes with opportunities to be taken on permanently.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: You will receive £13.25 per hour pay and accrue up to 28 days holiday per year.Please be advised that we cannot offer sponsorship. Immediate start
Working Hours: The role is Monday to Friday only, no weekends required. Shift times are 08:00 to 17:15 with a 45 minute break.

Experience & Qualifications
The must haves for this role are:
- A valid counterbalance forklift licence.
- Previous experience operating a counterbalance
- Flexi licence/ experience would be an advantage
