Job Description:
PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Head of Bids / Pre-Construction to lead its pre-construction and bidding function. You will influence project selection, bid positioning and the profitability of awarded work while working closely with the MD, commercial and operational teams.
The role requires senior leadership of bid teams, development of robust pricing and value engineering, and the delivery of high-quality submissions for social housing refurb projects.
