• Lead and develop the London Building Consultancy team
• Drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities
• Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders
• Mentor and develop the next generation of building surveying talent
• Collaborate with colleagues across complementary disciplines to deliver an integrated client offering
• Contribute to the strategic growth and leadership of the wider business

Key requirements

• Degree and MRICS qualification
• Strong technical background across commercial building consultancy
• Demonstrable business development and client relationship skills
• Ideally experience leading, mentoring and developing teams
