Finance Leader – Costs, Strategy & Team Growth

Selfridges is seeking a Senior Finance Manager – Costs to lead cost allocation and financial planning within the Finance Team. You will guide a team of Finance Managers and Analysts, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive commercial insight with robust governance across your remit.

You’ll shape the cost base, oversee monthly management accounts, budgeting and long-range planning, and ensure accurate balance sheets while developing talent and contributing to the team’s strategy and culture.
