Salesforce Test Manager

Overview

Join Sopra Steria as Salesforce Test Manager/Lead Tester to steer testing across Salesforce projects and business transformations. You will lead day-to-day testing activities, coordinate across multiple workstreams, and collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliveries. Design and implement test plans, including planning for CI/CD, and advance automation using CRT. You’ll own the defect lifecycle and provide leadership and reporting to enable confident releases. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate testing across Salesforce projects and Agile delivery teams
• Create and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scripts across SIT, E2E, Regression, UAT, and Smoke Testing
• Validate Salesforce functionality, integrations, data migrations, security, automation, and custom developments
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) for regression and CI/CD
• Manage defect lifecycle including triage, prioritisation, resolution, retesting, and deployment readiness
• Provide testing leadership, quality reporting, and stakeholder updates throughout testing and release cycles

Key requirements

• Strong experience leading testing across Salesforce projects, releases, or transformation programmes
• Experience testing Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and custom applications
• Expertise in test planning, execution, defect management, QA methodologies, and release validation
• Experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or similar automation tools
• Ability to lead testing independently while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery practices and software testing best practices
