Youth Mental Health Crisis Support Worker

Paragon Social Care in Peterborough/Cambridgeshire is seeking an empathic Crisis Support Worker to support a young person with complex emotional and mental health needs in a long-term solo provision.

You will build trust, support daily living, apply trauma-informed approaches, keep accurate records, and work with CAMHS and social workers. A full UK driving license and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and short-notice shifts are essential.
