Job Description:
Bridge House Residential Home is seeking 2 Care Assistants for dayshifts (8am–8pm), 3–4 days per week, on an alternating pattern. You will support safe, person-centred care, work with the management team, and help ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
Key duties include care planning, documentation, and maintaining a warm, dignified environment where residents feel valued. Training and development opportunities are available.
