You will work with cross-functional teams to scope, build, and optimise AI tools that support high-stakes decision-making. You will engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure user-centric outcomes. Responsibilities

• Manage individual work streams to deliver bespoke AI solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand mission challenges and user needs
• Conduct open-source analysis to inform tool development
• Translate operational requirements into clear user stories for delivery teams
• Design and test workflows that support user-centric decision-making in high-stakes environments
• Work with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and fit with customer needs
• Contribute to internal thought leadership, strategy, and capability development across the team
