Waking Night Support Worker – Flexible Shifts

Royal Mencap Society in Aberystwyth is seeking Waking Nights Support Workers to join our services on a full-time or part-time basis. You will work with individuals with learning disabilities, helping with daily activities and providing emotional support.

We support a diverse group with interests like music, crafts, cooking, gardening, walks, and games. The role requires a genuine passion for helping others, strong communication, flexibility for varied shifts, and a kind, empathetic attitude.
