Compassionate Care Assistant with Driving & Flexible Shifts

Discovery is recruiting for a caring Support Worker to assist six adults with learning disabilities and autism in Glastonbury. You’ll help with daily activities, personal care, and outings, promoting independence and dignity in a warm home environment.

No previous experience is required; we value compassion, reliability and a willingness to learn. Full training provided, with shifts including mornings, afternoons and some evenings, plus optional long days.
