Flexible NHS Bank RN – Multi‑Specialty Shifts

Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking registered nurses to join our Nurse Bank across four acute hospitals and community services. This Band 5 bank role offers flexibility with bank hours and no guaranteed weekly commitment, suitable for flexible working arrangements.

Successful applicants will have current NMC registration, a nursing degree, and post-registration training. Welsh language ability is desirable, with a fast-track process for current Hywel Dda nurses.
