In this role you will work on complex, high-value Corporate and M&A transactions in London for leading international law firms. You will join a team handling cross-border deals and sophisticated matters, contributing to client service and deal execution. You will leverage your M&A or Private Equity experience to support high-quality, international transactions and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• perform high-value corporate and M&A work domestically and internationally
• support deal execution from due diligence through closing
• engage with clients and cross-functional teams on transactional matters
• draft and negotiate transaction documents and term sheets
• contribute to maintaining client relationships and workflow efficiency

Key requirements

• at least 1 year of experience in transactional M&A or Private Equity
• trained and qualified with a top tier regional, national or international law firm
