Senior Associate, Investor Services

Overview

In this role you will drive investor services across London, coordinating onboarding, data rooms, and inquiries to support fundraising and client service. You’ll partner with Fund Accounting, Investor Relations, and Relationship Management to standardize processes and implement scalable workflows. You will lead onboarding and data capture efforts while identifying operational and technology improvements. This is an opportunity to shape enterprise-wide functions within a growing, collaborative team and deliver best-in-class client experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage data room contacts and document dissemination
• Respond to and resolve investor inquiries and requests, including complex cases
• Lead investor onboarding processes (AML/KYC, regulatory, tax documents)
• Ensure accurate investor data capture and lifecycle maintenance
• Reconcile data with Fund Administrators and resolve breaks
• Develop and implement robust, scalable workflows and procedures; provide training
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to promote best practices
• Support and, if needed, cover Investor Services team members
• Liaise with Global teams across Fund Accounting, Investor Relations, and Relationship Management
• Act as Investor Services lead for existing and new business lines, delivering communications and plans

Key requirements

• 6-8 years of professional experience in relevant fields
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• High attention to detail and client experience focus
• High integrity to protect sensitive client information
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to initiate, plan and drive change
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with AI tools
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Intralinks is a plus
• Experience with alternative asset classes is a plus
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus
