Youth Employment Coach & Team Lead

Seetec is recruiting a Youth Employment Advisor to join the Youth Job Guarantee programme in Bristol. You will manage a caseload of 18-24 participants, providing coaching, careers guidance, CV support and in-work assistance to help them secure sustainable employment.

The role requires strong safeguarding knowledge, experience with young people, and confidence using Microsoft 365 apps. You will work with employers and partners to create opportunities and track outcomes.
