Sr. Solutions Consultant

Overview

In this client-facing, pre-sales role, you will drive win rates and onboarding of complex asset management mandates by articulating Clearwater’s value and shaping tailored solutions. You will partner with prospective clients to uncover pain points in their operating model and demonstrate how Clearwater delivers measurable improvements. You’ll build sales resources and standards for the EMEA team while refining propositions. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends technical fluency with commercial instincts to turn requirements into compelling outcomes. A strong hook is the opportunity to influence how pension schemes, LGPS funds, insurers, and sovereign wealth funds operate.

Responsibilities

• Understand client infrastructure, requirements and challenges; articulate how Clearwater enhances their operating model
• Lead the pre-sales workstream from discovery to solution design and handover
• Build deep product expertise and articulate value across Clearwater’s offerings
• Create persuasive written materials, demos and live presentations of Clearwater’s value proposition
• Own and coordinate prospect RFPs and DDQs with high-quality, timely responses
• Prepare for high-impact sales meetings and demos through research and briefing
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support sales and client onboarding to Global Delivery
• Solve complex, non-standard client requirements with creative solutions

Key requirements

• Proven track record of exceeding goals/quotas
• Experience in Asset Management, Asset Owner, Insurance, Investment Management, FinTech, Investment Accounting, or Investment Operations
• Commitment to agility, continuous learning, improvement and operational excellence
• Strong data analysis skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
