Production Chef

In this role you ensure legible, accurate documentation and operate daily on production machinery. You follow system processes and SOPs to label items and maintain full traceability, while collecting ingredients from storage zones to support a smooth production flow. Responsibilities

• Ensure documentation is legible, clear and accurate
• Operate machinery daily and follow SOPs
• Book transformed ingredients following system processes to ensure item/batch traceability
• Label items and maintain full item/batch traceability
• Collect ingredients from storage areas (Chills, Ambient and freezer)
