Strategic Early Careers & Apprenticeship Manager

Arriva is seeking an experienced Early Careers & Apprenticeship Manager to lead the development, delivery and performance of early careers programmes across Arriva UK Bus operations. The role focuses on apprenticeships as the core, building pipelines to support operational, engineering and corporate priorities.

You will partner with leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition and external partners to align programmes with workforce planning and critical capability needs.
