Responsibilities

• Manage a varied family law caseload (financial and children matters)
• Take ownership of complex matters with high autonomy
• Provide clear, empathetic, and commercially aware advice to clients
• Mentor and support junior solicitors and trainees
• Contribute to business development, networking, and profile-raising activities
• Support the continued growth and development of the Scottish practice

Key requirements

• Scots-qualified Family Lawyer with 4+ PQE
• Confident in managing own caseload independently
• Capable of advising clients through sensitive and complex circumstances
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail
• Commercially minded with understanding of client development
• Ambitious and motivated by building something longer-term
