Part-Time Site Caretaker — Flexible Hours, Immediate Start

JMD Investments & Estates in Carlisle is seeking a part-time caretaker for a small industrial estate. The role covers keeping communal areas tidy, weeding, litter picking, and collecting monthly electric readings from units.
